Norand MONOv³ — A Mono Synth and Sequencer, Finished Right

MONO SYNTH & SEQUENCER · NORAND MONO, FINISHED

NORAND MONO V³

A mono synth and sequencer that's life changing.

The Norand Mono mk1 and mk2 were left unfinished — firmware issues that never got solved, a company that went insolvent before it could fix them. MONOv³ finishes the job: updated firmware for your real hardware, plus a full digital twin with infinite patch storage, easier workflow, and near bit-perfect sound. Own a mk2? Load the firmware, run the hardware as a controller sending MIDI CC to the plugin, and pair it with the software for a NORAND DUAL.

Two-oscillator mono synth — TZFM mod between oscillators, hard sync, dedicated filter with COLOR and RESONANCE, full ADSR envelope
16-step sequencer built in, with per-step Accent, Slide, Record, and note entry right on the grid — SEQ and SOUND randomizers with undo for each
X-MOD and X-ENV sections give you a second modulation layer with its own LFO type/wave and amount, independent of the main envelope
Updated firmware included for real Norand Mono mk1/mk2 hardware — the fixes the original company never shipped
Run hardware and plugin together as a NORAND DUAL: the real unit sends MIDI CC as a controller while the plugin handles a second voice
MANMADEMADMAN's own drum kits and sounds included, tested across 100+ live improv techno sets on both hardware versions
